Chinese Herbal Remedy II

This week's traditional Chinese remedy for me.

The ingredients are similar to the previous week's, with emphasis on strengthening

my blood.  The woman waiting next to me at the counter received two dried

geckos for her diagnosis prescription.  The elder shopkeeper caught my gaze

as she prepared the geckos.  In simple english, she informed me that

"the tails are very important" for treating asthma.  I'm glad I don't have asthma.

It takes two hours to cook the roots and bark for my elixir each day.

One can meditate on this mandala for the purpose of strengthening one's blood,

as the image carries the energetic alchemy of the ancient recipe.
